The complex is located directly on a sandy/pebble beach. It is about 3 km to the old town and approx. 2 km to the marina of Estepona. Malaga is approx. 90 km away.

The hotel, with a total of 237 rooms, has direct beach access and is harmoniously integrated into its natural surroundings. Its unique architecture, the style of its exclusive decoration, and its diverse amenities give it a special touch. Furthermore, the hotel features a lobby with reception, lifts, a buffet restaurant with show cooking, "Thalassa" restaurant, a pool snack bar (open at lunchtime), Mediterraneo Chill-out terrace bar (mid-June to mid-September), hairdresser (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (free of charge). The pool area with a separate children's pool is located in the garden. Pool towels are provided against a deposit. In addition, the hotel has a wellness area (for a fee and for guests aged 16 and over).

Superior Double Room

The Superior double rooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished, with bath/WC or shower/WC, hairdryer, automatically controlled air conditioning/heating (depending on the season), satellite TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee, on request à-la-carte), electric kettle, safe, and balcony or terrace (DSU). Also available for single use (DSE). Also bookable as Superior Double Room TYPE A (DAS) for Summer 26.

Superior Double Room Sea View

The renovated Superior double rooms with sea view are approx. 25 m² in size and feature a bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, and complimentary toiletries, one double bed or two single beds, desk, air conditioning (centrally controlled), TV with international channels (32 inch), Wi-Fi (included), electric kettle, safe, minibar (for a fee), sea view, and a furnished balcony or terrace (DMU). Also available for single use (DME). Also bookable as Superior Double Room Sea View Type A (MSA) for Summer 26.

Privilege Double Room

The Privilege double rooms have the same facilities as the double rooms, but with sea view, and offer additional services (see below under notes for further services) (2PR):
Welcome gift, bathrobe, bath slippers, and exclusive pool towels, room cleaning twice a day, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, pillow menu, daily newspaper.

Superior Family Room Sea View

The Superior family rooms feature the same facilities as the double rooms, but are larger with a sofa bed and sea view (FMZ).

Junior Suite

The completely renovated Junior Suites consist of a living area with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds. They feature a bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, bathrobe and slippers, desk, air conditioning (centrally controlled), TV with international channels, Wi-Fi (included), safe, minibar with complimentary drinks upon arrival, sea view, and a furnished terrace (JS2).
