The modernly designed hotel complex features a total of 148 spacious units. For guest comfort, there are 8 panoramic elevators, a 24-hour reception, and a supermarket. The main restaurant "Kiara" offers a gastronomic variety of Mediterranean and international dishes, as well as healthy cuisine. In the elegant "Chic Bar," guests can relax perfectly on the beautiful sun terrace. The "Jalapa Chambao Snack Bar" offers a wide selection of snacks and branded drinks during the summer season. The extensive garden area with sea views includes 2 swimming pools (1 children's pool) with sun loungers and umbrellas, free of charge. The Beach Club, located 800m away on the beach, is open from April 1st to October 31st. It features 9 pools (including a wave pool for the whole family, 2 water slides, a children's area, entertainment, and a VIP area (for a fee), a buffet restaurant, and a shuttle service between the hotel and the Beach Club during opening hours. Entry is free for guests with All Inclusive booked.

Junior Suite

The generously designed (60 sqm) rooms feature a shower and bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safety deposit box (rental fee), telephone, minibar, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a terrace with a side sea view (J2S) or garden view (JS2). Both options are also available for single occupancy (JS1/J1S).

Family Room

The family room has the same amenities as the Junior Suite and consists of a total of 3 rooms. A main bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed. Unlike the standard Junior Suite, the family room does not have a kitchenette (DF2).

Select Unique Double Room

The elegant Select Unique Double Room (70 sqm) features a shower and bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safety deposit box (rental fee), telephone, minibar, air conditioning, and a coffee/tea maker, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and a terrace (2SE).

Select Sky Suite

The spacious and elegant rooms (70 sqm) feature a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious terrace with sea views, an outdoor shower, and a swing or hammock, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture. The rooms offer the best views and are equipped for up to 4 people (2XS).

Arrival day from 2 PM. Departure day until 12 PM.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the "Kiara" buffet restaurant. Snacks (sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, fruit) at the "Chic Bar" and "Isa Lei" pool bar (high season only) from 10:30 AM to 7 PM. Local alcoholic beverages such as beer (including non-alcoholic), wine, and spirits, soft drinks, water, filter coffee, tea, cocoa. Drinks at the Chic Bar from 7 PM to midnight. All services are chargeable after midnight. All included drinks are marked on the drinks menu. One 60-minute session per person/stay in the Health Club, subject to availability and with prior reservation. Free entry to the Beach Club and use of its facilities. The VIP area and inflatable rings for water slides are not included. Mini golf and table tennis are free based on availability (a deposit for equipment is required). Use of the sports fields at the Sports Center is subject to availability and requires a deposit for sports equipment. Free towel service at the pool against a deposit (with one towel change).
Access to "The Zone" daily from 4 PM to 11:30 PM (seasonal).
