Location

The Colina Del Paraiso complex is located in the town of Benahavis and is approximately 3.5 km from the beach. It is about a 15-minute walk to the town center with its shopping facilities. The towns of Banus, Marbella, and Estepona, as well as Malaga Airport, can be reached quickly and easily by car.

Apartment with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms

The comfortably furnished apartments are designed in a Mediterranean style and are available with either 1, 2, or 3 separate bedrooms. All units are air-conditioned (individually adjustable) and feature a bathroom with a bathtub and shower/WC, hairdryer, kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, and a living room, safe (for a fee), telephone, Wi-Fi (included), cable TV, DVD player (on request), iron and ironing board, as well as a terrace or balcony.
Also available as a villa with one bedroom, coding A12, A22 (2 bedrooms), or A32 (3 bedrooms).

Villa (Townhouse)

The villas (138 m² over 3 floors) are equipped like the apartments and feature 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/WC (shower or bathtub with shower attachment), a roof terrace with a whirlpool and small refrigerator, as well as a covered terrace on the ground floor. Bookable under the code V32. Also bookable as a villa with 1 bedroom (V12) or 2 bedrooms (V22).

Penthouse

The comfortably furnished penthouse is designed in a Mediterranean style and, with the same amenities as the apartments, features 3 bedrooms, a terrace, and a private pool. (P2) Bookable from Summer 2027.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.
