The Colina Del Paradiso complex is located in Benahavis, approximately 3.5 km from the beach. The town center with shopping facilities is about a 15-minute walk away. The towns of Banus, Marbella, and Estepona, as well as Malaga airport, are quickly and easily accessible by car.

The comfortably furnished apartments are designed in a Mediterranean style and offer either 1, 2, or 3 separate bedrooms. All units are air-conditioned (individually adjustable) and feature a bathroom with bathtub and shower/WC, hairdryer, kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer, and a living room, safe (for a fee), telephone, Wi-Fi (included), cable TV, DVD player (on request), iron and ironing board, as well as a terrace or balcony.

The villas (138 m² over 3 floors) are equipped like the apartments and have 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/WC (shower or bathtub with shower attachment), a roof terrace with a whirlpool and a small refrigerator, as well as a covered terrace on the ground floor. Bookable under coding V32. Also available as a villa with 1 bedroom (V12) or 2 bedrooms (V22).
