The Hotel Bahia Tropical is located just 3 km from the center of Almuñecar. Restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment facilities are about a 10-minute walk away. The El Pozuelo bay (Playa Galera) is only about 50 m away. The nearest bus stop is about 50 m away. Malaga Airport is about 90 km away.

The 4-star hotel has a total of 253 rooms. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, meeting/conference rooms, an elevator, a bar, and a buffet restaurant. In the outdoor area with a garden and sun terrace, there is a saltwater swimming pool, a separate saltwater children's pool, and a poolside bar (open during the summer season). The adults-only area with a pool and whirlpool on the roof terrace invites you to relax (access restricted and subject to a charge). The VIP lounge (access restricted and subject to a charge) offers an exclusive experience. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for hotel guests by the pool and in the adults-only area on the roof terrace (for a fee on the beach, offered by local providers).

The Super Saver Rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms but have a limited quota and a special price (SSZ). Available for summer 2025.

Double Room

The Double Rooms feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, a double bed or two single beds (twin), sofa, telephone, rental safe, air conditioning/heating, satellite TV (32"), minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), and a terrace or balcony with land view, pool view, or sea view (D). Also available as a Double Room for single use (DE).

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms, the Junior Suites feature a separate bedroom divided by a sliding door and a living/sleeping area (JS). Room size approx. 40m².

All meals are served buffet-style. International and local cuisine, show cooking year-round, and themed evenings seasonally.
