The 5-star hotel, newly opened in July 2025, features 255 modernly equipped rooms. Facilities include a lift, 24-hour reception, a boutique, 4 à la carte restaurants "The Terrace" (culinary cuisine), "Teyo" (Japanese fusion cuisine) and the poolside restaurant "To Kima" (Mediterranean cuisine with an Asian touch) as well as The Beach Club "Alma" with a bar. The Beach Club with a separate adults-only pool area is open seasonally (May-October, depending on weather). Sun loungers at the pool are for adults (aged 16 and over). In the spacious outdoor area, there are four freshwater swimming pools with a separate children's pool and a pool bar. Loungers, pool towels, and parasols are included at the pool.

The double rooms with roof terrace and sea view are approx. 30 m² in size and offer the same features as the sea-view double rooms, with the addition of a roof terrace (DMT).
