This 4-star complex, belonging to the renowned Hipotels chain, offers 400 rooms and caters to couples, families, and solo travellers alike. The entrance area features an impressive lobby with a reception and several elevators. Culinary experiences are provided by the buffet restaurant offering a wide selection of continental dishes, the pool bar/snackbar, and the lobby bar. The bright and cheerfully furnished double rooms are approx. 28 sqm in size and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating, telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), and a balcony or terrace (D). Double rooms with a side sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM) are available at an extra charge.

Single Room

The single rooms are double rooms for single occupancy (DE). Side sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DES).

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are available in a limited quantity (SSZ). Also bookable for single occupancy (SSE).

Junior Suite Sea View

The junior suites are approx. 33 sqm and have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are more spacious, with an additional sofa bed, and offer sea views (J2M).

Family Room

Equipped like the double rooms, but with an additional sofa bed (double couch) and measuring 33 sqm (DF2).

Family Room Type A

The 42 sqm Family Rooms Type A are equipped like the double rooms, but with a shower and bath, a small kitchenette, and a combined living/sleeping area (no separate bedroom) (2FA).

Suite

The luxurious suites (36 sqm) offer a spacious bedroom with a separate living area, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating, safe, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), and a balcony (S2).

Arrival by car

Directions from Jerez Airport (XRY):
Leave the airport premises and take the A4/A48 (N IV, E5) towards Jerez de la Frontera/Cadiz (via the bridge). Bypass Jerez and you will see the Jerez Hospital on your right. This road becomes a 4-lane expressway (A4 towards Cadiz/Algeciras). This will take you past the towns of El Puerto de Santa Maria, Puerto Real, San Fernando (merge left onto the A4 here as the road splits), and Chiclana. After Chiclana, you will reach the exit "Playa La Barrosa". Leave the A4/N340 here and follow the signs for "La Barrosa". After approx. 10 km, you will reach the Novo Sancti Petri/La Barrosa hotel area. There, you will find all hotels on the coastal road (hotels are signposted). Travel time: approx. 50 min./approx. 45 km.
Directions from Malaga Airport (AGP):
Leave the airport premises and take the N340 towards Cadiz. Continue on this road for approx. 1.5 km until you reach the A7 Algeciras/Cadiz motorway entrance and merge onto the motorway. Behind the town of Benalmadena, it splits into four lanes. Stay in the right lane and remain on the A7. Alternatively, you can take the AP-7 from here, which is a toll road (approx. €8) and also leads in the same direction. Always follow the road towards Algeciras. Upon arrival in Algeciras (approx. 120 km from Malaga Airport), the motorway ends and automatically becomes a national road (N340-Cadiz). Now, always follow this coastal road towards Cadiz. Drive past Tarifa, later past Vejer de la Frontera and Conil de la Frontera until you see the exit "Playa la Barrosa" about 5 minutes after Conil. Here, leave the N340 national road and drive towards "Playa la Barrosa". The road will lead you to the Novo Sancti Petri/La Barrosa hotel area. There you will find the Hotel Playa la Barrosa/Barrosa Park. Travel time: approx. 170 min./approx. 235 km.
Directions from Seville Airport (SVQ):
Leave the airport premises and drive towards Cadiz on the A4, then take the AP4 (toll road). After approx. 80 km, the AP4 bypasses Jerez, and after another 30 km, you will see the exit "San Fernando/Algeciras". Leave the motorway here, reach a roundabout, and continue following the signs for "Algeciras" A4. You are now on the A4 national road. Drive past the towns of "San Fernando" and "Chiclana" and leave the A4 at the exit "Playa La Barrosa". At the next roundabout, turn left towards "La Barrosa", and at the following roundabout, turn right. After approx. 7 km, you will reach another roundabout, where you turn left towards "La Barrosa". Continue on the main road, passing through all subsequent roundabouts without turning off. This will eventually lead you to the coastal road. At the last roundabout on the coastal road, please turn right. After just a few metres, you will see the Hotels Playa la Barrosa, Barrosa Park, and Barrosa Palace on your left. All 3 hotels share a common entrance. Travel time: approx. 95 min./approx. 135 km.
