Location

The hotel is located on the western coast of Huelva, near a nature reserve and the fishing village of El Rompido. The estuary of the Rio Piedras is approximately 200m away. A boat service (for a fee) takes you to the peninsula of the nature reserve with its pristine beaches. Numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes are in the immediate vicinity (public bus stop approx. 200m).

Directions from Faro Airport (FAO), Portugal:
Leave the airport and take the main road towards "Lisboa/Loule/Portimao/Estadio". After a few kilometers, you will see a sign for the A22 motorway/ESPANHA. Turn right here, heading east towards Spain. The Portuguese motorway (A22) will take you directly to the Spanish border after approximately 60 km. Cross the bridge over the border river GUADIANA. After the bridge, you will automatically enter the Spanish motorway A49. After about 35 km, take the Cartaya exit. Upon arriving in Cartaya, you will reach a roundabout. Continue straight ahead towards "El Rompidol El Portil". At the last roundabout, turn left (El Rompido/El Portíl). The following country road leads directly to the coast. After about 8 km, you will reach another roundabout (petrol station on the left). Continue straight ahead. After approximately 1 km, you will reach the coastal road. Turn left here, passing Hotel El Portil. After a few kilometers, you will reach Garden Playanatural & Spa. Driving time approx. 1.5 hours.

Directions from Seville Airport (SVQ):
Leave the airport and take the A4 towards Huelva. This road leads to the A49 motorway towards Huelva. After bypassing Seville, you will reach Huelva after approximately 80 km. Stay on the A49 towards Portugal (motorway junction on the right). After another 20 km, leave the motorway at the Cartaya exit and follow the signs for Cartaya. Upon arriving in Cartaya, you will reach a roundabout. Continue straight ahead towards El Rompidol/El Portil. At the last roundabout, turn left again towards El Rompido/El Portil. This country road leads directly to the coast. After about 8 km, you will reach another roundabout (petrol station on the left). Continue straight ahead. After approximately 1 km, you will reach the coastal road. Keep to the left. You will pass El Portil and reach Hotel Garden Playanatural & Spa after a few kilometers. Driving time approx. 2 hours.

Directions from Jerez Airport (XRY):
Leave the airport and take the A4 towards Jerez de la Frontera/Cadiz (crossing the bridge). After just a few kilometers, leave the expressway and head towards AP4 SEVILLA. Always follow the motorway signs. This will lead you onto the AP4 towards Seville. It is approximately 80 km to Seville. Shortly before Seville, the motorway splits. Follow the signs for Huelva A49. You will enter the Seville bypass and cross a large bridge. Always follow the signs for the A49 Huelva motorway. After bypassing Seville, you will reach Huelva after approximately 80 km. Stay on the A49 towards Portugal (motorway junction on the right). After another 20 km, leave the motorway at the Cartaya exit and follow the signs for Cartaya. Upon arriving in Cartaya, you will reach a roundabout. Continue straight ahead towards El Rompidol El Portil. At the next roundabout, turn left. This country road leads directly to the coast. After about 8 km, you will reach another roundabout (petrol station on the left). Continue straight ahead. Upon reaching the coastal road, keep to the left. You will pass El Portil and reach Hotel Garden Playanatural & Spa after a few kilometers. Driving time approx. 2.5 hours.

Directions from Malaga Airport (AGP):
Leave the airport and head towards Malaga. After just a few kilometers, choose the direction Antequera, Seville.
After approximately 40 km, at the fork, turn left again towards Seville. It is approximately 130 km to Seville. Once you have reached Seville, follow the signs for "Huelva A49". Always bypass Seville in the direction of Huelva A49. After approximately 80 km on the A49 motorway, you will reach the provincial capital Huelva. Stay on the A49 towards Portugal (motorway junction on the right). After another 35 km, leave the motorway at the Cartaya exit and follow the signs for Cartaya. Upon arriving in Cartaya, you will reach a roundabout. Continue straight ahead towards El Rompido/El Portil. At the last roundabout, turn left. This country road leads directly to the coast. After about 8 km, you will reach a third roundabout (petrol station on the left). After approximately 1 km, you will reach the coastal road. Turn left here, passing El Portil. After a few kilometers, you will see Hotel Garden Playanatural & Spa.
