Location

The Hotel Crisol Monasterio San Miguel is located in the heart of the old town of El Puerto de Santa Maria, offering wonderful opportunities for strolling and shopping. The beach is approximately 2.5 km from the hotel. There are many typical bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Jerez is about 15 km away and Cadiz 25 km away.

The impressive rooms are decorated with antiques and works of art and are spread across the Capuchin monastery and a newer annexe. The former monastery has a reception hall with a reception, bar, cafeteria, TV room, and laundry service. Additionally, the hotel offers a green inner courtyard with a small swimming pool and sun terrace in the summer (sun loungers and umbrellas included).

Arrival by car

Directions from Malaga Airport (AGP):
Leave the airport grounds and take the N340 towards Cadiz. Please follow the road until the A7 exit for Algeciras/Cadiz. The A7 will take you to Algeciras (approx. 100 km). So, always follow the A7. Upon arrival in Algeciras, take exit "Jerez/Los Barrios" from the A7. This motorway leads you directly to Jerez and also ends there. Please drive to the end of the motorway (approx. 90 km) until it becomes a single-lane road. After a few meters, leave the country road and join the AP4 towards Seville.
Please follow the AP4 for only a short distance, as you should leave it at the very next exit "Jerez Norte/Aeropuerto" to continue towards "Aeropuerto". Follow the signs until you reach the A4 Cadiz and stay on this road until the "Puerto Santa Maria" exit. Leave here and you will reach the N4. The hotel will then be signposted. Driving time approx. 3 hours.
Directions from Jerez Airport (XRY):
Leave the airport grounds and take the A4 towards E5/Cádiz/Jérez. After approx. 15 km, take the exit towards Puerto de Santa Maria and drive through several roundabouts. Always keep heading towards "centro ciudad". After you pass the train station (Estación de tren) on your left, take the first right at the next roundabout (ship's wheel) (hotel signage). After a few hundred meters, you will see the hotel on your right. Driving time approx. 35 minutes.
Directions from Seville Airport (SVQ):
Leave the airport grounds and drive towards "Cadiz A4". You will then reach the AP4 (toll road). After approx. 80 km, the AP4 passes Jerez. Leave the motorway here at "Jerez Norte Aeropuerto". Now follow the signs towards the airport. After approx. 6 km, you will reach the national road A4. Now drive here towards Cadiz (A4). After approx. 15 km, take the exit "Puerto Santa Maria" and drive through several roundabouts. Always keep heading towards "centro ciudad". After you pass the train station (Estación de tren) on your left, take the first right at the next roundabout (ship's wheel) (hotel signage). After a few hundred meters, you will see the hotel on your right. Driving time approx. 1.5 hours.
