Location

Situated directly in a nature reserve on the sandy bay of Cala Giverola, which can be reached via a lift or stairs. Nestled in the hilly landscape with a magnificent view of the sea. The town centre of Tossa de Mar, with its shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 5 km away. Using the SARFA MOVENTIS intercity bus, Tossa de Mar can be reached from Barcelona in about 1 hour and 20 minutes. A shuttle bus runs from Tossa de Mar to the Zel Costa Brava several times a day. Barcelona International Airport is approximately 1.5 hours' drive from the hotel, and Girona Airport is about 40 minutes by car.

The extensive 4-star complex covers an area of 170,000 m² and features a total of 214 units spread across several 2-story buildings. The main building houses the lobby with reception, a Concept Store & Gastro Market, the half-board restaurant "El Mercat" (3 dining rooms seating a total of 400 people in the main building, with a large terrace and daily seasonal breakfast and dinner buffet), the "Patio" bar (serving cocktails, juices, and drinks) with live music and evening entertainment programs. On the beach (accessible from the main building via an inclined lift), you will find the "Chiringuito" beach bar (offering small snacks, drinks, and fantastic sea views; open from April to September, weather permitting), an à-la-carte restaurant "L'Ona Beach" by the beach with an inviting terrace and wonderful sea views, serving Mediterranean specialties (open from April to October, for a fee, reservation required), an indoor pool, a heated freshwater swimming pool, an adventure children's pool with water features, a giant water slide, a sunbathing area, and all sports facilities. Sun loungers and parasols are available for hotel guests in the pool area free of charge (at the beach for a fee, provided by local third-party providers).

The suites (1 bedroom) are approx. 43 m² and feature a bathroom with shower, WC, and hairdryer, a separate bedroom with 2 single beds, and a seating area with two sofa beds in the living area, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe, kitchenette, and garden view (GS2).

Zel Junior Suite

The junior suites are approx. 36 m² and feature a bathroom with shower, WC, and hairdryer, two single beds (twin), a seating area with two sofa beds, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe, refrigerator, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine, with garden view (JGB). Also bookable for single occupancy without kitchenette (JGS).

9 tennis courts (double courts, 6 artificial grass courts with quartz sand infill and 3 Easy-Clay all-weather courts), 6 of which have floodlights, tennis school, sports shop, pedalos, canoeing, water skiing (provided by third-party suppliers).

For our younger and teenage guests, there is a Mini Club (4-7 years), Mid Club (8-11 years), and Maxi Club (12-15 years), mini-disco, a separate children's adventure pool with water features, and two age-appropriate playgrounds.
