Wheelchair-accessible rooms can be booked on request (DA).
Guests between 16 and 18 years old traveling without parents or legal guardians must complete a form before arrival.
The date of birth must be provided at the time of booking. The form must be requested from our reservation team (res.spanien@schauinsland-reisen.de) and sent, once completed, to the hotel or the following email address before arrival: callcenter@aquahotelgrup.com.
Bookings for groups, individuals, or multiple people under 18 years of age in the same room are not accepted by the hotel between 01/07/2026 and 28/08/2026.
In summer 2027, for the period 01/07/2027–28/08/2027, the hotel will not accept bookings for multiple people under 21 years of age in the same room.

Destination information

The city of Barcelona and the region of Catalonia levy a tourist tax for all hotel guests. This is to be paid locally at the hotel per person (aged 17 and over) and per night (for a maximum of 7 nights).
