Inside cabin

On board the Costa Smeralda, you will stay in modern, functionally furnished cabins offering the highest level of comfort. They are air-conditioned and feature interactive satellite TV with PayTV (not included), bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, minibar (at an extra charge), and Wi-Fi (at an extra charge).
The inside cabins are approx. 13m² in size and accommodate 2 to 4 people. (some with twin beds).

Outside cabin

Large windows (some portholes) in the sea-view cabins provide a great view and invite you to enjoy the first rays of sunlight of the day. Sea-view cabins are approx. 20m² in size and accommodate 2 to 4 guests (some with twin beds).

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabin impresses with a direct view of the water and offers a private atmosphere with maximum comfort on its private balcony. The cabins are approx. 17m² in size, plus the balcony.

Delicacies from all over the world are served in a total of 11 restaurants, including a buffet restaurant, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the Pizzeria Pummid’Oro, as well as the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola" and the Laboratorio del Gusto (Taste Laboratory), where you can prepare your own dinner before enjoying it (some with reservation and for a fee). Your dining time is set by Costa. In addition, there are 19 different bars available (for a fee), for example, the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, a sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors (for a fee), rounding off the culinary offer.

In addition to full board, you will receive the MyItalian enjoyment package. This offers a comprehensive drinks package suitable for every moment of the day. Delicious cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni, and Martini cocktails await you. For coffee lovers, high-quality hot drinks from Caffè Vergnano, including espresso and cappuccino, are available.
The package also includes various liqueurs, brandies, and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna, and Ramazotti, as well as San Benedetto still water, both by the glass and by the bottle. Enjoy Italian red, rosé, and white wines, Prosecco, and Spumante. New to the offer is homemade Italian ice cream and a unique pizza experience with freshly made mozzarella, which is served in the evening.

The extensively equipped fitness center with a great view of the sea is available to all guests who want to stay active. In the outdoor area, there is a multi-purpose sports field and an outdoor jogging track.

You have the option to book yoga, Pilates, or Kinesis classes in the aerobic studio on board, as well as to arrange personal training sessions in the fitness center! (for a fee)

Children's program

On board the Costa Smeralda, young guests find a paradise full of adventures in the Squok Kids Club. With loving care, little ones from 3 to 6 years old enjoy age-appropriate fun in the Mini-Club, while the Maxi-Club offers creative activities for 7 to 11-year-olds. Teens aged 12 to 14 find exciting challenges in the Teen-Junior Club, and the Teen Club invites those up to 17 years old to trendy meetups.

The 4-star hotel is located in the hotel zone of Malgrat de Mar, only approx. 150 m from the beach and approx. 500 m from the city center. Barcelona Airport is approx. 60 km away and Girona Airport is approx. 30 km away.

Facilities

The adults-only hotel has a total of 301 rooms over 7 floors, a 24-hour reception, 3 elevators, changing rooms with showers, luggage storage rooms, conference rooms, Wi-Fi (included), 2 bars, and an air-conditioned buffet restaurant. In the outdoor area, there is a large garden with 3 swimming pools. Sun loungers and parasols are available to hotel guests at the pool free of charge.

The Double rooms Premium offer the same facilities as the double rooms and are with guaranteed pool view (PDZ).

The junior suites have the same facilities as the double rooms, but are larger (approx. 38 m²), some similar to lofts, additionally bathrobes, pillow menu available (JS2).

Equipped like the junior suite, but slightly smaller and equipped with only one double bed, located on the top floor (P2).
