The hotel is located in a dreamlike setting directly on the sea. The sandy beach of Punta Prima is about 150 m away.

The complex, built in Menorcan style, consists of 62 suites, built on a gentle slope, offering a magnificent view of the garden and the sea from the suites. Facilities include a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (seasonal and for a fee), a bar, a pool with a snack bar, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas. Some facilities of the Insotel Club Punta Prima can also be used.

Prestige Suite

The suites, renovated in 2023, are elegantly and comfortably furnished. They feature a combined living/sleeping area, a Murphy bed, and a separate bedroom, 1 bathroom/WC with a separate shower, 1 bathroom/WC with a whirlpool and a hydro-massage shower, bathrobes, slippers, and a hairdryer. The suites are also equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, minibar (for a fee), kettle, TV, telephone, safe, air conditioning/heating, sofa bed, and a balcony or terrace with sun loungers (SP). Room size approx. 70 m².
Also available with sea view at an additional charge (SMP).

Prestige Suite Swim Up

The new suites are elegantly and comfortably furnished. They feature a combined living/sleeping area, a Murphy bed, and a separate bedroom, 1 shower/WC, bathrobes and hairdryer, kettle, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning/heating, and a furnished terrace with direct access to a private pool. Room size approx. 121m² (SPS)

Prestige Suite Roof Top

The suites are elegantly and comfortably furnished and located on the upper floors with a private rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a whirlpool. They feature a combined living/sleeping area, a Murphy bed, and a separate bedroom, 1 shower/WC, bathrobes and hairdryer, kettle, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning/heating. The suites also offer a sea view. Room size approx. 92m² (STP)

A rich buffet with show cooking and theme nights is available for breakfast and dinner.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
