Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a buffet restaurant with a large terrace and direct sea views, a bar, and a Beach Club with a restaurant and well-maintained terrace. The outdoor area includes a freshwater pool with a separate children's pool, sun loungers, parasols, and a towel service. There is also a playground and a playroom for children. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel area.

The modern double rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, safe (included), satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a balcony with side sea views. They are located on floors 2-10 (D). Room size approx. 22m².

Cala Galdana View Double Room

With the same amenities as the Melia Double Rooms, these offer direct sea views. They are located on the 1st and 9th floors, with rooms on the 1st floor having partially restricted sea views due to pine trees (VDB). Room size approx. 22 m².

Supreme Cala Galdana View Double Room

With the same amenities as the Cala Galdana View Double Rooms, these offer the most exclusive sea views on the 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 10th floors (SMS). Room size approx. 22 m².

The Level Junior Suite (on request)

The Junior Suites are equipped with a king-size bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub, lounge area with sofa, and a private terrace with sea views (JLZ). Room size approx. 40 m². As a guest, you have access to the exclusive The Level Lounge and other exclusive hotel areas.

Breakfast/Half board

Breakfast and dinner in buffet style featuring international cuisine and show cooking. The panoramic restaurant "Mosaico" features a terrace with views of Cala Galdana. From mid-June to mid-September, an additional Italian à la carte restaurant (for a fee) is available. In total, the hotel comprises 4 restaurants and 2 bars. Proper attire is requested for dinner.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, this is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
