With our "Reisen mit Zukunft" (Travel with a Future) label, we identify hotels that verifiably meet recognized sustainability standards. These include, among others, standards recognized by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) and the Tourism Sustainability Certifications Alliance (TSCA). Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local tourist tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20–4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.–30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person booking the trip is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
