The luxurious hotel, built in a traditional style, has 68 suites spread across 14 buildings and offers its guests the bar "es Falcó" and a bistro pool bar "es Ropit". From the beautiful and spacious terrace, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea. The extensive and well-maintained gardens feature a freshwater pool with an integrated children's pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas.

The suites are elegantly furnished and equipped with a bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, telephone, tea/coffee making facilities, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, air conditioning/heating, and a furnished terrace. (S2) Room size approx. 42 m².

With the same amenities as the suites, these are more spacious and offer views of the golf course or the pool (SU2, SUI). Room size approx. 48 m².

Deluxe Suite

With the same amenities as the Superior Suites, these are more spacious and additionally feature a multi-function shower, 2 TVs, a whirlpool, and a furnished terrace with views of the sea or the golf course (S2D, 2DS). Room size approx. 52 m².

Swim-up Suite

With the same amenities as the Premium Suites, plus a private pool (8 m²) and pool view (TSW). Room size 48 m².
These rooms can be booked with children aged 6 and over.

Destination information

A tourist tax, similar to a local tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
