Junior suite sea view

Equipped like the double rooms, but with a bathrobe, Nespresso machine, a seating area, and 2 small balconies. Located on the 2nd, 6th, or 7th floor (J2M).

Premium sea view

Equipped like the double rooms, additionally with a Nespresso machine, a seating area, and a large balcony with loungers. The rooms are located on the 7th floor (PRM).

Suite sea view

With the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view, these are located on the 5th floor and additionally feature a separate living area (without a door), bathrobes, and a large balcony with loungers (S2M). Also available as Type A rooms with the same amenities, but located on the 6th floor and with a smaller balcony including a table and two chairs (2MA).

Additional information

A tourism tax, comparable to a city tax, must be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Solo traveling minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking registrant is obligated to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
