The hotel is located in the southwest of Mallorca in the small holiday resort of Sant Elm, directly on the small sandy cove.
The town center with numerous shopping and entertainment options is about 200 m away.

The hotel has 85 rooms in the main building and 14 holiday homes in a beautiful hillside location approx. 150 m away. The main building houses the lobby with reception, elevators, bar and a restaurant, all with a beautiful outdoor terrace and sea view. The outdoor area features a sun terrace with sunbeds (reservation for a fee) and umbrellas and a magnificent sea view. The Beach Houses also offer their own communal pool with a sun terrace, loungers and umbrellas.

Double Room

The double rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with shower/bath/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe (rental fee), air conditioning, coffee machine, minibar (for a fee), free water and a balcony (room size approx. 20 m², room code: D). Double rooms with sea view (DM) and for single use (DE, DEM) are also available at an extra charge.

Superior Double Room Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious and additionally offer a bathrobe, slippers, and a frontal sea view (DMU).

Villa (Beach House)

Located approx. 150 m from the main building. Elegantly and comfortably furnished holiday home on 2 floors. They offer 3 bedrooms with large wardrobes, 3 bathrooms with bathtub/shower, a large living room with sofa and dining area, telephone, TV, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee/tea maker and a dining table. The living and sleeping areas have balconies/terraces (room code: V2).

Additional Note

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Solo minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
