Location

The hotel is located in the southwest of Mallorca in the small holiday resort of Sant Elm, directly by a small sandy cove.
The town center, with numerous shopping and entertainment venues, is approximately 200 m away.

The hotel features 85 rooms in the main building and 14 holiday homes located on a beautiful hillside approximately 150 m away. The main building houses the lobby with reception, elevators, a bar, and a restaurant, each with a lovely outdoor terrace and sea view. In the outdoor area, there is a sun terrace with sun loungers (reservation for a fee), parasols, and a magnificent sea view. The Beach Houses also offer their own shared pool with a sun terrace, loungers, and parasols.

Double Room

The double rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with shower/bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, rental safe, air conditioning, coffee machine, minibar (for a fee), complimentary water, and a balcony (room size approx. 20 m², room code: D). Also available for an extra charge with sea view (DM) and for single occupancy (DE, DEM).

Double Room Superior Sea View

With the same features as the double rooms, these are more spacious and additionally offer bathrobes, slippers, a kettle, and a frontal sea view (DMU).

Villa (Beach House)

Located approx. 150 m from the main building. Elegantly and comfortably furnished holiday home on 2 floors. They offer 3 bedrooms with large wardrobe, 3 bathrooms with bathtub/shower, a large living room with sofa and dining area, telephone, TV, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee/tea maker, and a dining table. The living and sleeping areas have balconies/terraces (room code: V2).

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests 16 years and older.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
