Location

The 4-star hotel is located directly opposite the Punta de n’Amer nature reserve. The popular and well-maintained sandy beach is about 350 m away. The resort of Sa Coma itself offers a colorful variety of bars, shops, and restaurants. The even larger center of Cala Millor is about 1 km away and can be reached by bus or on foot with a walk of about 20 minutes.

The hotel, renovated in 2023, offers its guests 326 rooms on three floors, a lobby with reception, four elevators, two lounges, a games and reading room, a conference room, a restaurant, and a bar. In the 20,000 m² well-maintained garden area, there are two renovated swimming pools (one for adults, one for families with children), a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a chill-out area.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located on the ground floor and offer a large teak terrace with two loungers. 1 x weekly free access to the hydrothermal bath for adults (minimum stay of 1 week). (DSU) Room size approx. 31 m².

With approx. 38 m², the suites offer more space and are located on the third floor. They have a living/sleeping area with two sofa beds, bath/shower and WC, two televisions, a sleeping area separated by a sliding door, and a balcony equipped with seating and two sun loungers (S2).

Additional Information

A tourist tax, similar to a city tax, must be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1 - April 30), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
