Location

The beach hotel MiM Mallorca is an adults-only hotel and is located directly by the sea, in the heart of the fishing village of S'Illot/Sa Coma and only approx. 200 m from the sandy beach. The tourist center is about 400 m away. The nearest shops are about 150 m from the hotel, and a supermarket can be reached after about 50 m. Further restaurants, bars and shops are just 20 m away. Palma de Mallorca and the airport (PMI) are about 65 km away.

These are more spacious than the Superior rooms and also have a seating area (J2M).

Double room Type A "Design"

The cozy Design rooms (approx. 29 sqm) are located on a quiet side street and feature a queen-size bed, parquet flooring, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, safe, minibar, hairdryer, and a bathroom with a rain shower. (DA) Also available for single use (DAE).

Deluxe double room

The Deluxe rooms, with similar amenities to the Superior rooms, are more spacious (approx. 42 sqm) and have a balcony or terrace. (DD2) Also available with sea view (DDM) or partial sea view (DDS)

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a spa tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (01.11.-30.04.), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
