Quiet and beautifully situated, just approx. 300 m from the wide sandy beach. The town center of S'Illot/Sa Coma, with its numerous restaurants and bars, is approx. 200 m away. A bus stop is located nearby, providing quick access to the town center of Cala Millor. The airport is approx. 67 km away.

The 4-star hotel was split in summer 2026 and now consists of the independently managed hotels Mariant Park and Caprice Sa Coma Park (PMI261). It offers 166 rooms over 4 floors, 2 elevators, and a bright and friendly lobby with a 24-hour reception. For a delicious drink, the hotel features a cozy bar, and the restaurant with an outdoor terrace provides Mallorcan specialties. The resort offers a garden with a pool (open from May to October), a lawn area with palm trees, and several sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols. The pool bar offers refreshing drinks and snacks during the day.

Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20 - € 4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and over.
The fee is reduced by 50% from the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation.
In the low season (1.11. - 30.4.), the fee is reduced by 75%.
