Quiet and beautifully located, only approx. 300 m from the wide sandy beach. The centers of S'Illot/Sa Coma are each about a 5-minute walk away. There is a bus stop nearby, so the center of Cala Millor is also quickly accessible.

The 4-star hotel was divided for Summer 2026 and now consists of the sections Mariant Park and Caprice Sa Coma Park (PMI261). It offers 166 rooms spread across 4 floors, 2 elevators, and a bright and friendly furnished lobby with a 24-hour reception. For a delicious drink, the hotel has a cozy bar, and for Mallorcan specialties, the restaurant with an outdoor terrace provides. The holiday complex offers a garden with pools, a sunbathing lawn with palm trees, and several sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols. The pool bar serves refreshing drinks and snacks throughout the day.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local tax, is payable by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
