Location

The almond blossom in Mallorca is a beautiful natural spectacle that takes place between January and March. During this time, the landscapes transform into a sea of delicate white and pink blossoms. Even those who know Mallorca very well will fall in love again at the sight of this dreamlike scenery.

Day 1: (Friday)
Departure from your booked airport to Mallorca. Afterwards, transfer to the hotel.
Day 2: (Saturday)
After breakfast or during the day, welcome and program presentation at the hotel by the tour guide (if necessary, note the notice board/info via reception).
Day 3: (Sunday)
Mercado-Alcudia-Son San Martí
Morning (approx. 9 a.m.) departure from the hotel towards Lluc (approx. 1 hour drive).
Visit to the "Lluc" monastery.
Departure towards Alcudia.
Arrival in Alcudia approx. 11:30 a.m. City tour and free time at the market.
Here you have the opportunity to taste special almond specialties like almond cake, turrones, and other almond sweets.
Afternoon departure to Son San Martí. After arrival (approx. 20 min. drive), joint lunch at "Cases de Son Sant Martí" (typical Mallorcan menu, water and wine included).
In the afternoon (approx. 4 p.m.) return to the hotel. Along the almond groves, there should be an opportunity for a photo stop to take some beautiful souvenir photos (with almond trees).
Arrival at the hotel approx. 5 p.m.
Day 4: (Monday)
This day is at your leisure OR: optional excursion package to Palma with a city tour (not included) can be booked on site.
If the excursion is booked, the trip starts at approx. 9 a.m. after breakfast.
Approx. 30 min. drive. The tour starts along the "Escollera" through the gardens to the Cathedral of Palma with a subsequent visit.
Then, we continue to the Olivar market; the way there leads through the old town, to the town hall, and to Plaza Mayor.
Around noon (approx. 12 p.m.) everyone meets at the Olivar Market (30 min. stay).
The return journey goes through the Paseo Borneo back to the Escorella (approx. 45 min.).
Return to the hotel. Arrival will be around 1:30 p.m.
Day 5: (Tuesday)
Visit to the almond perfume factory-Soller-Puerto de Soller-Valdemossa.
After breakfast, departure (9 a.m.) towards Pont Inca.
Arrival at the factory "Flor D'Ametler" - almond perfume approx. 9:30 a.m. with a subsequent tour. Soap or perfume will be given as small gifts.
Continue to Soller with a visit to the old town and an optional visit to the ice cream factory "Fet a Soller" with a Madeleis tasting (not included in the price).
Drive to Ca Na Susi for lunch. A delicious daily menu with almond liqueur is offered here (included in the price).
Departure around 3 p.m. via Deia to Valdemossa with a subsequent city tour (without Cartuja). Return journey towards the hotel.
Arrival is planned around 5 p.m.
Day 6: (Wednesday):

Optional hiking excursion (Sant Elm) can be booked on site (not included).
The guided hike starts from Sant Elm to the picturesque watchtower of Cala en Basset from Port d'Andratx. The route offers impressive photo spots and a stunning panoramic view of the mountains and the crystal-clear sea, as well as the beautiful Dragonera island. Afterwards, Port d'Andratx is visited. The fishing village is considered one of the most beautiful natural harbors in the world. Here you have the opportunity to convince yourself:
We recommend a leisurely stroll along the well-kept promenade, enjoying a typical "Café cortado", or simply letting yourself be charmed by the place with a little shopping spree.
Day 7: (Thursday)
This day is at your leisure.
Day 8: (Friday)
Departure. Check-out. Transfer to the airport and return flight.

Accommodation is provided in the popular and centrally located 4-star Hotel Timor, which has 240 rooms spread across 10 floors. The attentive service of the staff, an elegant lobby with reception and attractive seating areas, 2 elevators, a restaurant, a bar with an outdoor terrace, and a cozy lounge with a TV are just some of the amenities. The outdoor area features a pool with an integrated whirlpool, a terrace with loungers and parasols, and a snack bar.

Destination information

A tourist tax, similar to a spa tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
