Location

In a quiet area and only about 450 m from the beautiful, fine sandy beach of Playa de Palma. Bars, restaurants and various shops are in the immediate vicinity and invite you to stroll. A public bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

Facilities

The charming hotel, suitable for both those seeking tranquility and active vacationers, was modernized in summer 2018. It has 106 rooms on 5 floors, a lobby with reception, elevators, luggage storage, lounges with satellite TV, a restaurant, a café, and a bar. Outside, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly smaller and with a single bed (E, room size approx. 12m²)

Double room Type A

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these can be booked for stays of 4 nights or more. (DA, room size approx. 19m²)

Super Saver Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms can be booked at a reduced price and subject to a limited quota. (SSZ, room size approx. 12m²)

Double Superior Room

With the same amenities as double rooms, these are more spacious (DSU).

Double Standard Room

These correspond to the double rooms, but can only be booked with overnight stay (DS)

Additional Note

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
