The hotel is located on Playa de Palma, at the level of Balneario 6, and only two streets away from the lively entertainment center with various shopping and entertainment opportunities. The popular beach promenade and the fine sandy beach are only about 300m away. The center of Palma with its historic cathedral and picturesque old town is only about 12 km away.

The elegant hotel of the RIU chain consists of two buildings and offers 442 rooms on 6 floors, a modern and spacious reception area with two elevators, a bar with a terrace, a lounge area, a main restaurant, and 2 themed restaurants. The comfort hotel offers plenty of space for relaxation outdoors in the 4000 m² beautiful garden area. Rich buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with cold and hot dishes, show cooking, and changing theme nights. Dinner can also be taken in the Spanish restaurant "Olé" or the grill restaurant "Es Pil-larí" (reservation required).
Non-alcoholic drinks are included at the open bars from 10 am to midnight. A maximum of three alcoholic drinks per person are included with meals. Wearing a bracelet is mandatory to use the all-inclusive services.

Additional note

A tourist tax, similar to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
