Location

Located near Balneario 3, in a side street, not far from the island's main party zone. The fine-grained sandy beach is only approx. 200 m from the hotel. The famous "Schinkenstraße", the "Bierkönig", the "Megapark" as well as numerous other smaller restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and shops are just a few steps from the hotel and offer something for every taste. The island capital, Palma, is approx. 14 km away. A local bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity.

Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person booking the trip is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
