Location

Located at Balneario 3, on a side street, not far from the island's main party zone. The fine-grained sandy beach is only approx. 200 m from the hotel. The well-known "Schinkenstraße," "Bierkönig," "Megapark," as well as numerous other smaller restaurants, bars, discotheques, and shops are just a few steps from the hotel and offer something for everyone. The island capital Palma is approx. 14 km away. A local bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities

The adults-only hotel, popular with our guests, offers 91 rooms on 5 floors, a modern lobby with reception and seating areas, a lift, a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a seating area, and a cozy snack bar. In the well-kept outdoor area, a swimming pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and sunshades, and Balinese beds invite you to feel good and relax.

Double room

Equipped with two single beds, shower/toilet, a hairdryer, a telephone, a safe for rent, TV, air conditioning/heating, and a balcony. (Room size approx. 18 sqm, room code: D). Can also be booked for single occupancy (DE) at an additional charge.

Double room Type A

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these can be booked with a minimum stay of 3 days (DA).
Also available for single use at an additional charge (DEA).

Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a spa tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, this is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
