In a preferred, quiet area on Playa de Palma between Balnearios 9 and 10. Our guests can reach the beautiful, kilometer-long sandy beach and the popular promenade with numerous shops and entertainment venues after approx. 100 m.

The hotel, highly popular with regular guests and families, belongs to the Iberostar chain and has 405 rooms spread across 2 buildings, each with 5 floors. It features a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, elevators, a bar with a small stage, a "Star Café" (open 24 hours), and a buffet restaurant. The attractive garden area includes a swimming pool (closed in winter) with a sun terrace, loungers, and sunshades, as well as a pool/snack bar (open during the summer months).

Double room

These spacious and modern rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating, safety deposit box (rental fee), minibar (on request and for a fee), TV, telephone, and a balcony (room size: 25 m², room code: D,DA). For an additional charge, rooms with garden or pool view (2GD, DGI, PD,APD) are available, as well as rooms for single occupancy (DE, 1GD,DGE, PDE,APE).

Double room, premium terrace garden side

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms have direct access to the shared terrace (P2T). Also available for single use at an additional charge (P1T).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form with cold and hot dishes, including show cooking. Star Café (open 24 hours). Non-alcoholic drinks are included between 10 am and 12 am. Due to a decree by the Balearic Government, the serving of alcoholic beverages has been limited. Only three alcoholic drinks (beer or wine) per guest may be served with lunch and dinner. All other alcoholic drinks – even between meals – must be paid for separately. Appropriate attire is requested during meals (closed shoes and no sleeveless shirts for men).

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the travel registrant is obligated to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
