Location

In a quiet area of Playa de Muro, directly on the "Las Gaviotas" lake and close to the S'Albufera nature reserve. The kilometer-long sandy beach is approx. 400m away and separated from the hotel by a main road.

The popular hotel offers 17 studios and 54 apartments spread across three buildings, a 24-hour reception, a buffet restaurant and an à la carte restaurant with a lake view (for a fee). Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
