The Zafiro Bahia is particularly popular with families and offers 289 rooms, spread across a main building and 4 annexes, a modern lobby with reception and seating areas, elevators, the buffet restaurant "Caprice" with an outdoor terrace, and the café-bar "Babalú". The Mediterranean outdoor area features several pools, including a children's splash pool with a pirate ship and an adults-only infinity pool, several terraces with sun loungers and parasols, as well as the "Mirablau" beach bar with restaurant.

With the same features as the studios, these offer a separate living room with a sofa bed and are approx. 49 m². (OB2)

Suite Private Pool

With the same features as the One Bedroom Suites, these are located on the ground floor and offer bathrobes, a private garden with family sun lounger, and a private pool (Room code: SP2, room size approx. 80 m²). Rooms with direct pool access represent an increased hazard potential for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

Penthouse Suite

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet and show cooking in the buffet restaurant Caprice. Drinks are served at the table during meals (various wines, beer, soft drinks, and mineral water). 2 theme dinners per week combined with 5 specialties of the week in the Caprice restaurant. International alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as cocktails and mixed drinks from approx. 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. 1x per stay à-la-carte dinner in the theme restaurant "Mirablau" included (advance reservation required). Ice cream specialties, fruit, yogurt, cake, and sandwiches from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to 2.20-4.40 € (plus VAT) per day/person from the age of 16.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.) the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the person booking the trip is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
