Location

This fully air-conditioned Mediterranean-style hotel is located directly on the long beach of Playa de Muro and borders the Albufera nature reserve. It is approx. 4 km to Can Picafort and approx. 6 km to Alcudia with its beautiful marina and numerous restaurants. A local bus stop is located near the hotel, and a supermarket is about 50 m away. The airport is approximately 50 km away.

The resort, completely renovated in summer 2025, consists of four buildings and offers 184 rooms across three floors, four elevators, an elegantly and comfortably furnished lobby with a 24-hour reception and lounge bar, a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace and sea view, as well as an à-la-carte restaurant. In the extensive garden, there is an adults-only pool and a children's pool with direct access to the beach. Further facilities include a pool restaurant and a sun terrace with loungers, umbrellas, and Balinese beds (for a fee). Towels and lifeguards are also available.

Deluxe Double Room

Comfortably and spaciously equipped with 2 single beds, air conditioning, a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries (on request), bathrobes and slippers, iron, safe, minibar (for a fee), telephone, smart TV, coffee/tea maker, welcome gift for children upon arrival, and a balcony (DD2/DD3). Room size approx. 32m².
Can also be booked for single use at an extra charge (DD1).

One bedroom Suite

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these are more spacious and additionally feature a separate living room with a sofa bed, 65- and 55-inch smart TVs, a scale, and a beach bag. Code: OB2, room size approx. 86m².
Can also be booked with a partial sea view at an extra charge (under 2PP One Bedroom Suite Partial Sea View). Room size approx. 80m².

Deluxe Double Room Kingsize Bed

With the same amenities as the double rooms but with a king-size bed (DD3). Room size approx. 32m².

1 Bedroom Suite Sea View

With the same amenities as the One Bedroom Suite, these feature a bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate living room with additional sleeping space as well as a terrace with a sea view (BSV). Room size approx. 86m².

Breakfast/Half board

Breakfast (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM) and dinner (6:30 PM – 9:30 PM) are offered as a rich buffet with show cooking. In addition, the resort features the Mediterranean buffet restaurant "Biniterra", the "Pool Club" with grilled specialties, light lunch dishes, and refreshing drinks, as well as the "Ópalo Lounge Bar" with tapas, snacks, and signature cocktails. The "Ópalo Restaurant by Andreu Genestra" bears the signature of the Mallorcan Michelin-starred chef Andreu Genestra. Appropriate attire is requested for meals.

Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a spa tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person from age 16.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1 – Apr 30), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
