Location

The hotel impresses with its fantastic location directly on Playa de Muro, in the bay of Alcudia, which boasts the longest and most beautiful beach in Mallorca. The family-friendly hotel offers 366 rooms spread across five buildings, each with six floors. The hotel features a bright lobby with a 24-hour reception, 10 elevators, a buffet restaurant with two terraces (open from May), a "Sports Bar," and the "Sky Bar" on the rooftop terrace, exclusively accessible to Star Prestige customers. The well-maintained garden area includes a spacious pool landscape with a small splash pool, a sun terrace with comfortable loungers and parasols, and a snack bar directly on the beach.

Double Room Star Prestige

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these offer free access to the Star Prestige zone on the rooftop terrace with loungers, Balinese beds, 3 whirlpools (unheated), and a bar, as well as the following Star Prestige services: priority location, coffee machine with capsules, and a 40-inch flat-screen TV. Children are allowed access to the Star Prestige area (room size approx. 32 m²). Room coding: DQ2, 2P, 1P.
Also available at an extra charge with side sea view (DSQ, DPN, EIS) or direct sea view (G2M).

Family Room Superior

With the same amenities as the family rooms, these are slightly more spacious, face the street, and offer a shower/WC and a larger balcony (room size approx. 30 m²). Room coding: F2S.

Eco Family Room

With the same amenities as the family rooms, these are available without a balcony and at a reduced price (limited availability) (room size approx. 27 m²). Room coding: EF2, EFA.

Family Suite Pool View

With the same amenities as the family rooms, these are more spacious and have a pool view. The living/sleeping area features a double sofa bed for 2 people (room size approx. 38 m²). Room coding: XF2, 2XA.

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the family rooms superior, these are slightly more spacious, have a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom, and are located on the top floor (room size approx. 33 m²). Room coding: JS2, J2A.

Destination Information

A tourism tax, similar to a local tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the travel applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions with schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
