Location

Located directly on the fine, long sandy beach of Playa de Muro, the hotel is next to S'Albufera Natural Park and surrounded by a pine forest. The town centre and the picturesque harbour are about 5 km away. Various restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities can be found in the vicinity of the hotel complex.

The luxurious 5-star hotel offers 202 rooms in seven 2-storey buildings spread throughout the gardens. At the entrance, the elegant lobby with a 24-hour reception invites guests to unwind. Guests can enjoy delicious drinks at various bars and cafés, such as the "Migjorn" lounge bar. The "Star Café" and "Burger House" offer snacks or coffee during the day. The buffet restaurant "Gregal" caters to culinary needs. In the lush garden area, there are two pools with sun loungers and parasols, a children's pool, the "Green Bar" by the pool for drinks, as well as the "Embat" beach bar (seasonally open) featuring a buffet restaurant. A chill-out zone with a terrace and Bali beds (for a fee) is located directly on the beach, offering a fantastic view of the sea and the Bay of Alcudia.

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Room, these offer a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom (room size approx. 35 m², room code: 2FS).
Also available in a privileged location near the Kids Pool with a balcony/terrace featuring comfortable seating, where you can reflect on the day's adventures with your family (FAG/FKP via code PMI228I) or with direct access to the children's pool (2PF).
Also available with garden view (FSG), pool view (XF2), partial sea view (FSS), or direct sea view (SFM) for an additional charge.

Economy Family Suite

Equipped the same as the Family Suite, these are available at a reduced price and are located in the annex buildings (room size approx. 35 m², room code: SFZ).

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to enquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before finalising the booking.
