Location

The popular hotel of the renowned BQ Hotels chain is located directly in the center of Paguera. From here, it is only a few steps to the well-known promenade "Bulevar Paguera". Here you will find many restaurants, bars, and various shops and souvenir stores. The beautiful sandy beach of Playa Palmira is about 300 m away.

Facilities

The comfortable hotel offers 205 rooms, a stylishly furnished lobby with a 24-hour reception, a bar/snack bar with a nice seating terrace, a buffet restaurant, 3 elevators, a lounge with a TV corner, and a heated indoor pool. Outdoors, there is a modern swimming pool, a sun terrace with loungers, umbrellas, and Balinese beds. On the rooftop terrace, you will find the gem of BQ Bulevar Paguera: the chill-out area. Here you will find a relaxation pool, loungers, umbrellas, and Balinese beds, as well as a pool bar (only during the summer months). You can decide which of the two relaxation oases is right for you.

Embarkation in the port of Palma de Mallorca takes place on Tuesdays – Costa Smeralda leaves the port of Palma around 6 PM.

Day 1: SEA DAY - Relax on board.
DAY 2: ROME/CIVITAVECCHIA - The "Eternal City" and capital of Italy will take you back to the era of the Roman Empire. Discover the diversity of this unique city and visit sights such as the Colosseum, the Vatican with St. Peter's Basilica, or the Spanish Steps.
Day 3: LA SPEZIA/FLORENCE - An ideal starting point to get to know Tuscany with its culinary and cultural treasures. The Gulf of La Spezia, on the edge of Tuscany, bears the name "Gulf of Poets." As you explore the city with its harbor parks or the Castello Giorgio and discover the region's history, you will feel how perfectly the name suits this corner of the earth.
DAY 4: SAVONA - Even from afar, the small port city of Savona on the Riviera di Ponente welcomes you with its famous tower of Leon Pancaldo. Savona is also an ideal starting point for excursions through Le Langhe, the home of Barolo and truffles. However, trips to Genoa or Portofino are also possible!
DAY 5: MARSEILLE - In the heart of the city, the Vieux-Port, you can watch fishermen and feel a fresh breeze. Also visit the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde.
Day 6: BARCELONA - A walk along the bustling promenade Las Ramblas is a must when visiting Barcelona! Street performers, musicians, and acrobats turn it into a true open-air theater. The Gothic Quarter will also captivate you with its magnificent squares and buildings from the Middle Ages and Renaissance.
Day 7: PALMA DE MALLORCA - Visit Palma de Mallorca and see, among other things, the magnificent Gothic cathedral, or take time for a leisurely stroll through the old town.

Meals

In a total of 11 restaurants, you will be served delicacies from all over the world, including, for example, in a buffet restaurant, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the Pizzeria Pummid’Oro, and the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola" and the Laboratorio del Gusto (Taste Workshop), where you can prepare your own dinner before enjoying it (some with reservation and for a fee). Your table time will be set by Costa. In addition, there are 19 different bars (for a fee), such as the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, a sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors (for a fee) complete the culinary offer.

Entertainment

The Costa Smeralda has a theater at the bow of the ship where performances are regularly held. There is a casino (from 18 years old, game stakes not included), a discotheque, and a piano bar. 4 pools, including an indoor pool and a reserved swimming deck, an aqua park with slides, and the Skywalk at a height of 65 m ensure plenty of fun and action. Themed nights are regularly held on deck, and interactive shows invite participation.

Cabins

Interior Cabin

On board Costa Smeralda, you will stay in modern and functionally furnished cabins with the highest comfort. These are air-conditioned and offer interactive satellite TV with PayTV (not included), a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi (for a fee).
The interior cabins are approx. 13m² and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. (partially separate beds).

Oceanview Cabin

Large windows (partially portholes) in the oceanview cabins offer a great view and invite you to enjoy the first rays of sun of the day. Oceanview cabins are approx. 20m² and can accommodate 2 to 4 guests (partially separate beds).

Balcony Cabin

The balcony cabin impresses with its direct view of the water and offers a private atmosphere with the best comfort on its private balcony. The cabins are approx. 17m² plus the balcony.

FlexPrice: You decide between an interior, oceanview, or balcony cabin; Costa will assign the cabin and deck. These may be cabins with separate beds, accessible cabins, cabins with obstructed views, or cabins with connecting doors. The table time will also be set by Costa.
