Combined product consisting of a cruise on the Costa Smeralda and a land-based holiday including all transfers. When booking an inside or outside cabin, accommodation in the hotel is provided in a double room; if you choose a balcony cabin, accommodation is provided in a double room with side sea view. You can choose between half-board and all-inclusive for your meals. If flights take place on the day of embarkation/disembarkation, please ensure that you only combine flights that correspond to the departure and arrival times of the respective ship.

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 11 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. Transfers between airport-hotel-ship are always included.

Embarkation in the port of Palma de Mallorca takes place on Tuesdays – Costa Smeralda leaves the port of Palma around 6 p.m.

Day 1: DAY AT SEA - Relax on board.
DAY 2: ROME/CIVITAVECCHIA - The "Eternal City" and capital of Italy takes you back to the era of the Roman Empire. Discover the variety of this unique city and visit sights such as the Colosseum, the Vatican with St. Peter's Basilica, or the Spanish Steps.
Day 3: LA SPEZIA/FLORENCE - An ideal introduction to getting to know Tuscany with its culinary and cultural treasures. The Gulf of La Spezia, on the edge of Tuscany, is known as the "Gulf of the Poets". When you visit the city with its park facilities at the harbor or the Castello Giorgio and discover the history of the region, you will feel how perfectly the name suits this patch of earth.
DAY 4: SAVONA - Even from a distance, the small port city of Savona on the Riviera di Ponente welcomes you with its famous Leon Pancaldo Tower. Savona is also an ideal starting point for excursions through Le Langhe, the home of Barolo and truffles. Trips to Genoa or Portofino are also possible!
DAY 5: MARSEILLE - In the heart of the city, the Vieux-Port, you can watch fishermen and feel a fresh breeze. Also visit the Basilica Notre Dame de la Garde.
Day 6: BARCELONA - A walk along the lively Las Ramblas is a must during a visit to Barcelona! Street performers, musicians, and acrobats turn it into a true open-air theater. The Gothic Quarter will also inspire you with its magnificent squares and buildings from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
Day 7: PALMA DE MALLORCA - Visit Palma de Mallorca and explore, among other things, the magnificent Gothic cathedral or take the time for an extensive walk in the old town.

Accommodation

Inside cabin

On board the Costa Smeralda, you will stay in modern and functionally furnished cabins with the highest level of comfort. These are air-conditioned and offer interactive satellite TV with PayTV (not included), bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, minibar (at an extra charge), Wi-Fi (at an extra charge).
The inside cabins are approx. 13m² in size and offer space for 2 to 4 people. (partly with separate beds).

Outside cabin

Large windows (some portholes) offer a great view in the sea-view cabins and invite you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine of the day. Sea-view cabins have a size of approx. 20m² and offer space for 2 to 4 guests (partly with separate beds).

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabin impresses with a direct view of the water and offers an individual atmosphere with the best comfort on its private balcony. The cabins are approx. 17m² in size, plus the balcony.

Full board

In a total of 11 restaurants, you will be served delicacies from all over the world, including, for example, a buffet restaurant, the Teppanyaki Restaurant, the Pizzeria Pummid’Oro, as well as the family restaurant “Tutti a Tavola” and the Laboratorio del Gusto (Taste Atelier), where you prepare your own dinner before enjoying it (partly with reservation and at an extra charge). Your table time is determined by Costa. In addition, there are 19 different bars available (at an extra charge), for example, the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, a sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, as well as two Amarillo ice cream parlors (at an extra charge) round off the culinary offer.

The extensively equipped fitness center with a great view of the sea is available to all guests who want to be active. In the outdoor area, there is a multi-purpose sports field and an outdoor jogging track.

Sports for a fee

You have the opportunity to book yoga, Pilates, or Kinesis courses in the aerobics studio for a fee, as well as arrange personal training sessions in the fitness center!

Children's program

Young guests on board can spend exciting hours in the Squok Kids Club under the care of trained entertainers. There is fun for every age group: Mini Club from 3 to 6 years, Maxi Club from 7 to 11 years, Teen Junior Club from 12 to 14 years, and the Teen Club from 15 to 17 years.
The ship offers a children's paddling pool, as well as an entertainment area with video games (at an extra charge).

Entertainment

The Costa Smeralda has a theater in the bow of the ship, where performances take place regularly. There is a casino (from 18 years, betting stakes not included), a disco, and a piano bar. 4 pools, including an indoor pool and a reserved swimming deck, an aqua park with slides, as well as the skywalk at a height of 65 m, ensure plenty of fun and action. Theme nights on deck are regularly organized, and interactive shows invite you to participate.

Eden Palma Playa

Location

Due to the attractive location at the transition from Can Pastilla to Playa de Palma, both centers are only about 500 m away. Only the beautiful waterfront promenade separates the hotel from the kilometer-long fine sandy beach. Shopping and entertainment options are located nearby.
