The travel package you have selected has a duration of 12 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. Embarkation in the port of Palma de Mallorca takes place on Tuesdays – Costa Smeralda leaves the port of Palma around 6 pm.

Day 1: AT SEA - Relax on board.
DAY 2: ROME/CIVITAVECCHIA - The "eternal city" and capital of Italy takes you back to the era of the Roman Empire. Discover the variety of this unique city and visit landmarks such as the Colosseum, the Vatican with St. Peter's Basilica, or the Spanish Steps.
Day 3: LA SPEZIA/FLORENCE - An ideal start to get to know Tuscany with its culinary and cultural treasures. The Gulf of La Spezia, on the edge of Tuscany, bears the name "Gulf of the Poets". When you visit the city with its harbor parks or Castello Giorgio and discover the history of the region, you will feel how perfectly the name suits this patch of earth.
DAY 4: SAVONA - Even from a distance, the small port city of Savona on the Riviera di Ponente welcomes you with its famous Leon Pancaldo Tower. Savona is also an ideal starting point for excursions through Le Langhe, the home of Barolo and truffles. But trips to Genoa or Portofino are also possible!
DAY 5: MARSEILLE - In the heart of the city, the Vieux-Port, you can watch fishermen and feel a fresh breeze. Visit the Basilica Notre-Dame de la Garde.
Day 6: BARCELONA - A walk along the lively Las Ramblas promenade is a must during a visit to Barcelona! Street performers, musicians, and acrobats turn it into a true open-air theater. The Gothic Quarter will also inspire you with its magnificent squares and buildings from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
Day 7: PALMA DE MALLORCA - Visit Palma de Mallorca and explore, among other things, the magnificent Gothic Cathedral, or take the time for an extensive walk through the old town.

Accommodation

Inside cabin

On board the Costa Smeralda, you stay in modern and functionally furnished cabins with maximum comfort. These are air-conditioned and offer an interactive satellite TV with PayTV (not included), bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, minibar (at an extra charge), Wi-Fi (at an extra charge).
The inside cabins are approx. 13m² and offer space for 2 to 4 people. (partly separate beds).

Outside cabin

Large windows (partly portholes) in the sea-view cabins offer a great view and invite you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine of the day. Sea-view cabins are approximately 20m² in size and accommodate 2 to 4 guests (partly separate beds).

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabin impresses with a direct view of the water and offers an individual atmosphere with maximum comfort on its private balcony. The cabins are approx. 17m² in size, plus the balcony.

Meals

Full board

In a total of 11 restaurants, you will be served delicacies from all over the world, including, for example, a buffet restaurant, the Teppanyaki Restaurant, the Pummid’Oro Pizzeria, as well as the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola" and the Laboratorio del Gusto (Taste Workshop), where you can prepare your own dinner before enjoying it (partly with reservation and at an extra charge). Your table time is determined by Costa. In addition, there are 19 different bars (at an extra charge) available to you, for example, the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, a sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors (at an extra charge) complete the culinary offerings.

Sports included

The extensively equipped fitness center with a great view of the sea is available to all guests who want to be active. In the outdoor area, there is a multi-purpose sports field and an outdoor jogging track.

Sports for a fee

You have the possibility to book yoga, Pilates, or Kinesis courses in the aerobics studio for a fee, as well as to arrange personal training sessions in the fitness center!

Children's program

Young guests on board can spend exciting hours in the Squok Kids Club under the care of trained entertainers. There is fun for every age group: Mini Club from 3 to 6 years, Maxi Club from 7 to 11 years, Teen Junior Club from 12 to 14 years, and the Teen Club from 15 to 17 years.
The ship offers a children's wading pool and an entertainment area with video games (at an extra charge).

Entertainment

The Costa Smeralda has a theater at the bow of the ship, where performances take place regularly. There is a casino (from 18 years of age, stakes not included), a disco, and a piano bar. 4 pools, including an indoor pool and a reserved swimming deck, an aqua park with slides, and the skywalk at a height of 65 m ensure plenty of fun and action. Themed nights are held regularly on deck and interactive shows invite you to participate.

Location

The popular hotel of the renowned hotel chain BQ Hotels is located directly in the center of Paguera. From here, it is only a few steps to the famous promenade "Bulevar Paguera". Here you will find many restaurants, bars, and various shopping and souvenir shops. The beautiful sandy beach of Playa Palmira can be reached after approx. 300 m.

The comfortable hotel offers 205 rooms, a stylishly furnished lobby with a 24-hour reception, a bar/snack bar with a beautiful seating terrace, a buffet restaurant, 3 elevators, a lounge with a TV corner, and a heated indoor pool.
