More room for genuine holiday moments: The Veranda cabins Comfort offer around 20 m² of living space and a spacious veranda (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxing hours in the fresh sea air. Modern equipment, a stylish bathroom, and special features – from walk-in wardrobes to separate areas for shower and toilet – create a particularly pleasant living experience. The hammock on the veranda turns the view of the sea into a perfect moment of enjoyment.

R2 Paguera Park

Location

The R2 Paguera Park is situated in a quiet environment in the popular resort town of Paguera in the southwest of Majorca. The fine sandy beach, Playa Palmira, is about 500 meters away. The center of Paguera with its lively boulevard featuring numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities is also just a few minutes' walk away. Palma de Mallorca airport is approx. 32 km away, while the island's capital, Palma, can be reached after about 26 km.

The spacious holiday complex comprises a main building and two separate residential buildings with a total of 215 residential units, each with 4 to 5 floors. The two residential buildings are separated from the main building by a small street, where only the public areas such as reception, restaurant, and bar are located. The rooms are exclusively accommodated in the two residential buildings. Facilities include an inviting lobby with reception, several lifts, Wi-Fi, a bar with an outdoor terrace, and a buffet restaurant with a spacious two-level terrace. In the beautifully landscaped natural gardens, there are several swimming pools, including a family pool with a separate splash pool for children and a relaxation pool. The outdoor area is complemented by sun terraces with sun loungers and umbrellas and a pool/snack bar with a seating terrace (in the main building).
