Balcony cabin

More room for real vacation moments: The Veranda cabins Comfort offer around 20 m² of living space and a spacious veranda (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxing hours in the fresh sea air. Modern facilities, a stylish bathroom, and special equipment variants – from walk-in closets to separate areas for shower and toilet – create a particularly pleasant living experience. The hammock on the veranda makes the view of the sea a perfect moment of enjoyment.

R2 Paguera Park

Location

The R2 Paguera Park is located in a quiet environment in the popular resort of Paguera in the southwest of Mallorca. The fine sandy beach Playa Palmira is about 500 meters away. The center of Paguera with its lively boulevard, featuring numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities, is also just a few minutes' walk away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approx. 32 km away, while the island capital Palma can be reached after about 26 km.

The spacious holiday complex includes a main building and two separate residential buildings with a total of 215 residential units on 4 to 5 floors each. The two residential buildings are separated by a small street from the main building, which only houses the public areas such as reception, restaurant, and bar. The rooms are exclusively located in the two residential buildings. The facilities include an inviting lobby with reception, several elevators, Wi-Fi, a bar with an outdoor terrace, and a buffet restaurant with a spacious terrace on two levels. In the beautifully landscaped nature gardens, there are several swimming pools, including a family pool with a separate splash pool for children, as well as a quiet pool. The outdoor area is complemented by sun terraces with loungers and parasols and a pool/snack bar with a seating terrace (in the main building).
