More space for real holiday moments: The Veranda cabins Comfort offer around 20 m² of living space and a spacious veranda (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxing hours in the fresh sea air. Modern amenities, a stylish bathroom, and special design variations – from walk-in closets to separate areas for shower and toilet – create an especially pleasant living experience. The hammock on the veranda turns the view of the sea into the perfect moment of indulgence.

R2 Paguera Park

Location

The R2 Paguera Park is located in a quiet area in the popular holiday resort of Paguera in the southwest of Mallorca. The fine sandy beach of Playa Palmira is about 500 meters away. The center of Paguera with its lively boulevard, featuring numerous restaurants, bars, and shops, is also just a few minutes' walk away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approx. 32 km away, while the island's capital, Palma, can be reached in about 26 km.

The spacious holiday complex comprises a main building and two separate residential buildings with a total of 215 residential units, each with 4 to 5 floors. The two residential buildings are separated from the main building by a small street; the main building only houses public areas such as the reception, restaurant, and bar. The rooms are located exclusively in the two residential buildings. Amenities include an inviting lobby with reception, several elevators, Wi-Fi, a bar with an outdoor terrace, and a buffet restaurant with a spacious terrace on two levels. In the beautifully landscaped natural gardens, there are several swimming pools, including a family pool with a separate splash pool for children as well as a relaxation pool. The outdoor area is complemented by sun terraces with loungers and parasols and a pool/snack bar with a seating terrace (in the main building).
