The quiet apartment complex is located in the northeast of Mallorca in the popular holiday resort of Cala Ratjada. The nearest bathing bay, Cala Gat, with a beautiful sandy beach surrounded by pine trees, can be reached after about a 15-minute walk. The town center with shopping and entertainment options as well as discotheques, bars, and restaurants is about 200 m away.

The complex consists of three adjacent buildings with a total of 111 rooms. The main building offers a reception with rental safes, a cozy bar, a cafeteria, as well as a spacious and modern restaurant. There is no elevator in the three buildings.
In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a large pool with an attached sun terrace with sunbeds and parasols.
