The quietly located apartment complex is situated in the northeast of Mallorca in the popular resort of Cala Ratjada. You can reach the nearest bathing bay, Cala Gat, with a beautiful sandy beach surrounded by pine trees, after about a 15-minute walk. The town center with shopping and entertainment venues as well as discos, bars, and restaurants is about 200 m away.

The complex consists of three buildings located next to each other with a total of 111 rooms. The main building offers a reception with rental safes, a cozy bar, a cafeteria, as well as a spacious and modern restaurant. There is no elevator in the three buildings.
