Located directly on the long, gently sloping sandy beach of Alcudia Bay. Puerto de Alcudia, with its diverse shopping opportunities, various restaurants, bars, and cafes, is approximately 4 km away and easily accessible by bus or taxi.

The hotel has a total of 465 rooms spread over 5 floors and offers its guests a lobby with reception, 4 elevators, a small mini-market, a rooftop terrace exclusively for adults, the "Nikita" bar, the "Irina" buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and the "Don Jaime" buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace directly on the beach.
