Located directly on the long and gently sloping sandy beach of the Bay of Alcudia. Puerto de Alcudia, with its diverse shopping opportunities, various restaurants, bars, and cafés, is approx. 4 km away and can be easily reached by bus or taxi.

The hotel has a total of 465 rooms spread over 5 floors and offers its guests a lobby with a reception, 4 lifts, a small mini-market, a rooftop terrace exclusively for adults, the "Nikita" bar, the "Irina" buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace, as well as the "Don Jaime" buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace directly on the beach.
