On a slightly rising road in Paguera. The town center with shopping and entertainment options is about 300 m away, the sandy beach approx. 400 m.

Facilities

The comfortable family hotel with a main building and an annex offers 359 rooms, many of which were recently renovated with great care and now combine modern living comfort with a family atmosphere. The main building offers a large lobby with a reception, two bars, and a buffet restaurant as well as the Italian restaurant "Felicitas". In the spacious garden with old trees, there are three new pools with sun terraces, sun loungers, umbrellas, and Balinese beds, lawns, as well as a pool snack bar and an Only Adults bar. The annex (not renovated) can be reached via stairs or a lift. In the outdoor area of the annex, there is another pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar with a terrace and a fantastic ocean view (different areas and pools for families and exclusively for adults).

The rooms renovated for summer 2025 (approx. 18 m²) are equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating (central), ceiling fan, Smart-TV, telephone, rental safe, pool towels, as well as a balcony or terrace, and are located in the Adults only area (DD2).
Available for single use at an extra charge (DD1). Bookable from 16 years of age.

These apartments are not renovated, are located in the annex, and are accessible by lift.
