On a gently sloping street in Paguera. The town center with shopping and entertainment facilities is about 300 m away, and the sandy beach is about 400 m away.

Facilities

The comfortable family hotel with a main and an annex building offers 359 rooms, many of which have been recently renovated with great care, combining modern living comfort with a family atmosphere. The main building offers a large lobby with reception, two bars, and a buffet restaurant, as well as the Italian restaurant "Felicitas." In the spacious garden with mature trees, there are three new pools with sun terraces, loungers, umbrellas, and Bali beds, sunbathing lawns, as well as a pool bar-snack and an adults-only bar. The annex building (not renovated) can be reached via stairs or an elevator. In the outdoor area of the annex building, there is another pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar with a terrace and a fantastic sea view (various areas and pools for families and exclusively for adults).

1 Bedroom Apartment (PMIC71)

These apartments are not renovated, are located in the annex building, and are accessible by elevator. They feature a separate bedroom and are equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, TV, telephone, safety deposit box (rental), air conditioning, Wi-Fi, shower, bath/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony (A12).
Also available with garden view (A2G) or sea view (2AM) at an additional charge.

Garden View Apartment (PMI494)

The apartments are located in the annex building (not renovated). They feature a separate bedroom and a living/dining area with a sofa bed and kitchenette, TV, telephone, safety deposit box (rental), air conditioning, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony (A2G, room size approx. 35 sqm). Also available with sea view (2AM) at an additional charge.

International alcoholic and non-alcoholic premium drinks from 10 AM to midnight. A bottle of champagne awaits guests upon arrival in their room. The safe and pool towels are also included. To make the departure day as pleasant as possible for our guests, a late check-out until 3 PM is included, subject to availability.
