Location

On a slightly inclined street in Paguera. The town center with shopping and entertainment options is about 300 m away, the sandy beach approx. 400 m.

Facilities

The comfortable family hotel, consisting of a main and an annex building, offers 359 rooms, many of which have recently been renovated with great care and now combine modern living comfort with a familiar atmosphere. The main building offers a large lobby with reception, two bars, and a buffet restaurant, as well as the Italian restaurant "Felicitas". In the spacious garden with mature trees, there are three new pools with sun terraces, sun loungers, umbrellas, and Balinese beds, lawns for sunbathing, as well as a pool snack bar and an "Adults Only" bar. The annex building (not renovated) can be reached via stairs or a lift. In the outdoor area of the annex, there is an additional pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar with a terrace and a fantastic view of the sea (different areas and pools for families and exclusively for adults).

The rooms, renovated for summer 2025 (approx. 18 m²), are equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, central air conditioning/heating, ceiling fan, smart TV, telephone, rental safe, pool towels, as well as a balcony or terrace, and are located in the Adults Only area (DD2).
Also bookable for single use for an extra charge (DD1). Bookable for guests 16 years and older.

Silver Double Room

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double rooms, these are more spacious (approx. 21 m²) and feature one or two sofa beds (DAS).

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double rooms, these feature a sofa bed and have a French balcony (FBD).

1-Bedroom Apartment (PMIC71)

These apartments are not renovated, are located in the annex, and are accessible by lift. They feature a separate bedroom and are equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, TV, telephone, rental safe, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, shower, bath/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony (A12).
Also available to book with garden view (A2G) or sea view (2AM).

Apartment with Garden View (PMI494)

The apartments are located in the annex (not renovated). They have a separate bedroom as well as a living/dining area with a sofa bed and kitchenette, TV, telephone, rental safe, air conditioning, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony (A2G, room size approx. 35 m²). Also available to book with a sea view (2AM) for an extra charge.
