Location

The completely renovated property of the renowned "Morlans Hotels" chain is located in a quiet area only about 300 m from the fine sandy beach. The town center of Paguera with the well-known Bulevar Paguera is just a few steps away. There are numerous shopping possibilities as well as restaurants and bars here.

The modern, completely refurbished Morlans Suites offers a total of 108 rooms on 4 floors and features an elevator, lobby with 24-hour reception, a lounge, a bar, and a buffet restaurant.
In the attractive and well-maintained outdoor area, there is a large pool, a beautifully landscaped sun terrace, Balinese beds, as well as loungers and sunshades. Relax here and enjoy cool refreshments at the pool/snack bar. The "SKY Bar" rooftop terrace with a pool, loungers, umbrellas, and Balinese beds rounds off the amenities. A drink service (for a fee) is also available here.

Superior Double Room

The rooms are stylishly and modernly furnished and are equipped with air conditioning, telephone, TV, rental safe, mini-fridge, electric kettle, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace as well as pool view (room size approx. 25 m², room code: DSU).
Can also be booked for single use (DSE) for an extra charge. In summer 2026, also bookable as Type I Double Room (DSI) at the daily rate and limited availability.

With the same features as the Superior Double Rooms, these are more spacious and have a capsule coffee machine instead of an electric kettle. (Room size approx. 31 m², room code: JU2). Can also be booked for single use (1JS) for an extra charge.
Also bookable as Type I Junior Suite (LN2) at the daily rate and limited availability.

Swim-Up Junior Suite

With the same features as the Superior Junior Suite, these have a bathroom with two sinks and a shower. A private furnished terrace with sun loungers offers direct access to the communal pool (SUJ).
