Directly on the long, fine sandy beach and only approx. 200 m from the S’Albufera nature reserve with its walking paths. Can Picafort, 5 km away, and Puerto de Alcudia, 6 km away, are easily accessible by public bus. Some shops and restaurants are also located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The hotel offers 344 rooms on 6 floors, the aparthotel 144 apartments on 4 floors, and the Suites offers 77 suites on 6 floors. The resort features a lobby with reception, elevators, a lounge with a bar and terrace, a supermarket, and a restaurant with sea view and terrace. The well-maintained 60,000 m² garden area with old trees offers 3 swimming pools with a separate children's pool (heated indoor pool in early/late season), sun terrace with loungers and parasols, and a pool bar.

Equipped like the double rooms, these are located on the upper floors and have a partial sea view (DSO).

Single Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these however feature a single bed, are smaller, and have a balcony (E).

Renovated in Winter 2024/25 and furnished in a modern style. Equipped with a living/sleeping area, a kitchenette (microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, small refrigerator), a separate bedroom, shower/WC, hairdryer, TV, and balcony or terrace. The apartments are located in the apartment building. (A12). Available at an extra charge also with partial sea view (2AS).

Economy Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are available at a reduced price, but without a balcony (SSZ).
