Directly on the long, fine sandy beach and only approx. 200 m from the S’Albufera nature reserve with its hiking trails. Can Picafort, 5 km away, and Puerto de Alcudia, 6 km away, are easily reachable by local bus. Some shops and restaurants are also located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The hotel offers 344 rooms on 6 floors, the aparthotel 144 apartments on 4 floors, and the Suites offers 77 suites on 6 floors. Renovated in winter 2024/25 and furnished in a modern style. Equipped with a living/sleeping area, a kitchenette (microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, small refrigerator), a separate bedroom, shower/WC, hairdryer, TV, and balcony or terrace.
