Oceanview cabin

Bright daylight and an unobstructed view towards the horizon: The 14–17 m² oceanview cabins with a window or porthole provide a pleasantly open sense of space. Balcony cabin

A place in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with a private outdoor feeling. Verandah cabin Comfort

More space for true vacation moments: The Verandah cabins Comfort offer around 20 m² of living space and a spacious verandah (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxed hours in the fresh sea air. Modern amenities, a stylish bathroom, and special equipment variations – from a walk-in closet to separate areas for shower and toilet – create a particularly pleasant living sensation. The hammock on the verandah makes the view of the sea the perfect moment of indulgence.

Full board

From aromatic coffee for early risers and freshly baked pancakes in the morning to an extensive dinner after an eventful day of vacation: The buffet restaurants offer culinary variety that leaves almost nothing to be desired. Table drinks such as soft drinks, beer, and wine are included.

Location

The privileged location of the apartment hotel is characterized by its immediate proximity to the fine sandy beach of Paguera (approx. 150 m) as well as the popular Paguera Boulevard (approx. 100 m) with its diverse restaurants, cafés, and shopping facilities.

Facilities

The well-maintained 4-star apartment hotel features 103 modern and comfortable studios spread across a main building and an annex with 3 to 5 floors. Amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, 3 elevators, a comfortable lounge area, a restaurant, and a bar with an outdoor terrace that also serves the pool and terrace area. In addition, free filtered drinking water dispensers are available for our guests on every floor. The attractively landscaped outdoor area features a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool, inviting you to relax, surrounded by a sun terrace with free loungers and parasols.

Studio

The studios are modern and comfortably furnished (approx. 30 m²) and feature a combined living/bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed, bathroom or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating (individually adjustable), telephone, smart TV, rental safe, and a furnished balcony or terrace. Also a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, hob, filter coffee machine, and a glass carafe for free use of the drinking water stations on the floors (S12). Optionally also bookable with sea view (SM2) or for single occupancy (S11/SM1).

Studio Superior

With the same equipment as the studios but offering additional comfort: a capsule coffee machine (including 2 capsules upon arrival) as well as a spacious terrace with two private sun loungers and your own parasol (U2S). Also bookable for single occupancy (U1S) for an extra charge.
