Bright daylight and a clear view towards the horizon: The 14–17 m² oceanview cabins with a window or porthole offer a pleasantly open sense of space. Balcony cabin

A place in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with a private outdoor feeling. The private balcony (3–10 m²) with a cozy hammock opens up dreamlike views of the sea. Veranda cabin Comfort

More room for real holiday moments: The Veranda cabins Comfort offer around 20 m² of living space and a spacious veranda (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxed hours in the fresh sea air. Modern equipment, a stylish bathroom, and special equipment variants – from a walk-in wardrobe to separate areas for the shower and toilet – create a particularly pleasant feeling of living. The hammock on the veranda makes the view of the sea the perfect moment of enjoyment.

Location

The privileged location of the aparthotel is characterized by its immediate proximity to the fine sandy beach of Paguera (approx. 150 m) as well as the popular Paguera Boulevard (approx. 100 m) with its diverse restaurants, cafes, and shopping facilities.

The well-kept 4-star aparthotel features 103 modern and comfortable studios, spread over a main building and an annex with 3 to 5 floors. Amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, 3 lifts, a cozy lounge area, a restaurant, as well as a bar with an outdoor terrace that also serves the pool and terrace area. In addition, free filtered water dispensers are available for our guests on each floor. Studio

The studios are modern and friendly furnished (approx. 30 m²) and have a combined living/bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed, bathroom or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating (individually adjustable), telephone, smart TV, rental safe, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace. Also a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave, a hob, a filter coffee machine, and a glass carafe for free use of the drinking water stations on the floors (S12). Optionally bookable with sea view (SM2) or for single occupancy (S11/SM1).

Studio Superior

With the same features as the studios but offering additional comfort: a capsule coffee machine (incl. 2 capsules upon arrival) as well as a spacious terrace with two private sun loungers and its own parasol (U2S). Also bookable for single occupancy (U1S) at an extra charge.
