Location

The completely renovated property of the renowned hotel chain "Morlans Hotels" is located in a quiet area only about 300 m from the fine sandy beach. The center of Paguera with the well-known Bulevar Paguera is just a few steps away. Here you will find numerous shops, as well as restaurants and bars.

Facilities

The modern, completely refurbished Morlans Suites offers a total of 108 rooms on 4 floors and features a lift, lobby with 24-hour reception, a lounge, a bar and a buffet restaurant.
In the attractive and well-maintained outdoor area, there is a large pool, a beautifully landscaped sun terrace, Bali beds, as well as loungers and parasols. Relax here and enjoy cool refreshments at the pool/snackbar. The rooftop terrace "SKY Bar" with a pool, loungers, umbrellas, and Bali beds completes the amenities. A drink service (for a fee) is also available here.

The rooms are stylishly and modernly furnished and equipped with air conditioning, telephone, TV, rental safe, mini-fridge, electric kettle, bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace with pool view (room size approx. 25 m², room code: DSU).
Also bookable as a single room (DSE) for an extra charge. Also bookable as a double room type I (DSI) at the daily rate and limited availability.

Junior Suite Superior

With the same amenities as the Double Room Superior, these are more spacious and have a capsule coffee machine instead of the electric kettle. (Room size approx. 31 m², room code: JU2). Also bookable as a single room (1JS) for an extra charge.
Also bookable as a Junior Suite Type I (LN2) at the daily rate and limited availability.

Junior Suite Swim-Up

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite Superior, these have a bathroom with two sinks and a shower. A private furnished terrace with sun loungers offers direct access to the communal pool (room code: SUJ).

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite Superior, these are even more spacious (approx. 39 m²) and also have a separate living area (room code: S2).

Additional Note

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person from 16 years of age.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
