The hotel offers 103 rooms spread across 3-5 floors in a main and an annex building, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, 3 elevators, a lounge area, a bar with an outdoor terrace, and a restaurant. Outdoors, there is a pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a partially covered pool/snackbar with a seating terrace.

Studio

Equipped with a combined living/sleeping area, bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating (central), kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave, sofa bed, telephone, safe (rental), TV, and balcony or terrace (room size approx. 30 m², room code: S12, K12).
For an extra charge, these are also available with sea view (SM2, 2K) and for single occupancy (S11, SM1).

Studio Superior

With the same amenities as the studios, these offer a coffee machine (two capsules free) and a bottle of water upon arrival, as well as two loungers and a sun umbrella on the terrace (room code: U2S). Available for single occupancy at an additional charge (U1S).

Destination information

A tourist tax, similar to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the travel registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
