Location

The Flor los Almendros Apart hotel is located approx. 50 m from Palmira, a sandy beach. The tourist center is approx. 1 km away. The town of Port D'Andratx is approx. 10 km away (Calvia approx. 13 km, Palma De Mallorca approx. 25 km). A supermarket can be reached in about 100 m. The nearest bars and restaurants are also about 100 m away.

Facilities

The beach hotel consists of a main and an adjoining building and has a total of 60 rooms. It offers its guests a 24-hour reception, a lobby with a bar, 2 elevators, air conditioning and parking (for a fee). A restaurant and a snack bar take care of your physical well-being. We look forward to welcoming you to the two bars in the hotel. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available on the beach for a fee.

Room cleaning takes place every 2 days.
The bar, restaurant, pool and private beach access remain closed.

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
